De Luxe is here to indulge you in luxury. We hope you absolutely love your order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for store credit on items postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be received in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed. Please note that a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. ​

Final Sale Items:
​Items discounted by 30% or more are considered FINAL and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Custom Handmade Items:
Due to the unique craftsmanship of our custom handmade treasures, all sales of these items are FINAL, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Policy
Getting your items sent as quickly as possible is important to us. Standard shipping orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Expedited orders are shipped within 1 business day. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Rest assured, all orders come with a tracking number upon shipment. To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your information at checkout.
